Cause the tankmen in this series are something like deadpool personality, like, they somehow seem to be breaking the fourth wall, they keep speaking english but they understand what the other characters are saying, since theyre realistic, i tought it was fun to say "hey, what about that idea if they're the principal ng logo and might know how to understand any language ppl speak" bit theyd be only speaking english xd
