Very good!
Howdy there, NG viewers!
To honor the 50th anniversary of when "A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving" first aired on television (November 20, 1973), I did a recreation of the scene where Linus Van Pelt gives a pre-meal speech. The biggest challenge was finding something from the original animation without any music as I worried including its compositions would violate musical copyrights. You can view that at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z2QZiAg6_uc.
It would've been fun to animate the bits of Snoopy cooking all the food or fighting with a chair, and as much as I love the songs Vince Guaraldi made, I didn't think anything he composed would be allowed for use here. Oh well. With the TV special now being a half-century old, I couldn't miss a golden opportunity to honor the occasion! Even when not as beloved as the brilliant Halloween or Christmas specials for Peanuts, which I suspect is least partially due to Thanksgiving being a holiday for America and Canada more than anywhere else, this one is still a creation I'm fond of and have watched many times during my childhood and continue to do so as an adult. Hope you like what I made here! Reviews are quite welcome.

P.S. One joke number is given in my creation here. It's not meant for actually obtaining any food.
Very good!
The praise is appreciated :)
