Assignment 22 - Dream Weaver (A creature that can alter people's dreams)

Another late entry.

The idea is that these guys are like spirits designated to deal with unrailed dreams before they get too out of control. We could say, in their universe, they irrupt into peoples dreams to stop beings from the nighmare realm to crawl out or som like that idk
