It's nostalgic and is also pretty funny!
This was a project I was working on years and years ago, and I had this in my file dump uploaded back in 2010. I believe the last time I worked on it was 2008. I regret that I never finished and shared this before Flash got phased out. A lot is unfinished, but there is still a lot to do.
If anyone has been able to open old flash CS3 projects in Adobe Animate like this, I'm very interested in re-visiting this whole thing.
There's a lot that I have done, but a lot that I never got around to finishing. There's also a window switching bug I could never hunt down and got super frustrated with.
I was beta testing Windows Vista when I started working on this, so this is basically a mix-up mock of Windows and Mac. And no, nothing you do in this game will hard your actually computer.
Tips:
Edit 3:48PM MST 3/16/2023: I have disabled Ruffle compatibility. I think this is what may be causing some of the display issues.
Edit 5:46PM MST 3/16/2023: Ruffle was definitely the cause of all the weird display issues. The Newgrounds Player is going to be best for this. A lot of interface effects I did in Flash 8 are also missing in Ruffle.

It's really chicken!

The paper clip was funny. None of the display changes do anything kind of a bummer if its going to be there. Sexy fox got my hopes up lol.
It could be Ruffle because I marked it as compatible with Ruffle. It might not be, I'll double check after work tonight. I really would love to do more work on this!
Edit: I have disabled Ruffle emulation for now.
