The art kinda needs some work, the buildings are neat tho.
As for the story, I wasn't sure on what was happening half the time. I guess the stickfigure got his girl and the end, but the at the first 7 seconds, I was already kinda confused, like, why were stick figures dancing in mid-air? Why are there gears? The animation itself was alright, however, try making a story that your viewers can understand, overall, you can do better next time. Oh, and by the way, if the music is from the radio, you need to change it, cuz' Newgrounds can't host that kind of stuff.

TL;DR: Art kinda needs some work, the story needs to be understood, and you might need to change the music if it's from the radio.
