Fun toon. The resampling is sometimes there, and sometimes it's not. When it's there, it looks more like interlacing to me.
Sony Vegas for some reason put resampling in my video, but when I uploaded this cartoon to YouTube resampling disappeared.

Not a bad recreation, but it could have a slight rework. I liked the part when Vargskelethor Joel became it's earlier form and did a Duane dance. You know your culture 'bout that Swedish man. I give this a 4 star review, just that it could have or need more semi-realistic human-looking drawings when drawing human figures. But hey, not a bad remake aside from being somewhat memey-imitation of Grinch.
TL;DR: Everything else fits perfectly. Just that it could have a slight rework with Joel's looks ( Unless I'm just subjectively different with drawing anyone realistically in mind. )
