Very Nice and Effective PSA!
"Smoking And You" was my first complete animation effort. It all started during my time as an animation student. My character was rejected from being incorporated in a group project - and so he was born - destined for great things. I then used him in a segment for a separate project which ultimately became "Smoking And You" and was completed after graduation on a bout of unemployment in 2017. This is my version of the over-done, boring PSAs of old. This is an announcement!
