Clearly a lot of effort went into this and I think it deserves a score closer to 4. Anyway, as @Headacher said, the voice acting/set up for Loway could be a little better. The animation is solid, plenty of silly stuff on the backgrounds, which was a nice touch, bountiful whackiness... A solid short.

Wait. THE famous Capussi!? The one that almost made a streamer die of laughter just by a title drop!?

Also, I’m kind of digging this kind of simplicity. Let the animations and voices alone express the scene!

I like the animation a lot, and the backgrounds are pretty damn solid, but the long hair dude's voice is nothing but mumbling. Is that a purposeful decision or just a poor audio setup?

It's quite hard to know what he's saying for most of the runtime. It's unfortunate since the writing is funny enough and the plot seems well realized.
