This was a quick animation and art style test. I attempted to edit the well made Shantae model by RafaKnight into something that strays closer to the actual style of the series, and I'm quite happy with the results. Expect to see a lot more of her going forward!
I have nothing against the original model of course, but considering my username and whole gimmick is "On Model 3D", it always bothered me that my Shantae content previously couldn't quite match the vibe of the games. For the model edits, proportion changes and materials, I aimed for a decent mix between the various Shantae art styles, with heavy inspiration from Half Genie Hero (which is where the background is pulled from), Pirate's Curse, and Seven Sirens.

I love how Shantae just existing was enough to give this animation an M rating. Her notoriety knows no bounds.
