when i say "this animation i worked hard to make" i'm not kidding, this is my experience with this program, although the program is kinda limited at times, i really enjoy doing animation in this program, i hope someday vectorian giotto to be updated, although it stopped being updated as of 2010.

yeah, even having stopped updating since 2010, it wouldn't be impossible to update years later, it's still something difficult, but it wouldn't be impossible to update

Vectorian Giotto appears to be some sort of Flash clone where, according to this video, has a defective fill tool. I recommend getting the real Flash, even Macromedia Flash 8, an older version from 2005 that still works wonders. Just make sure to get used to every single tool on there.
Nice short animation! As a growing animator I feel your pain man, some animation softwares are so hard to use, the fact that you can't change the background in flipaclip at will makes me angry XD
yes, a tip for the backdrops is to use the first layer as backdrops, then you can change the backdrops, the animation program I use really can't add colors to the characters, unless I draw on the first layer
