Nice production value, great music but controls could be a bit better. Apart from that, great job!
Reply to general Baker: you could attempt an auto-locking system. The last video game was one I made years ago for a school project so I'm not proficient in game design so take any suggestion of mine with a grain of salt.

Made this in a day because I could. If you have ideas for more types of aliens I am all ears.
Use WASD/Arrow keys to move, e to pick up items, r to reload, and to skip instructions press any key.
Wow, I didn't realize I didn't publish my changes. The game should look a lot better now. I also added a new enemy, and a larger map, but the overall game-play is still the same.

Have any ideas on making controls work smoother? This is just a demo so pretty much anything can change.
Reply: I might not make auto-locking for all of the weapons, especially for some of the spray-and-pray ones, but I might create something like that for sniper rifles because it would be a little worse if you missed.
