I think this isn't bad for a start! However, you should definitely work on your overall design for this game-- especially since you're making an RPG.
My biggest problem is honestly with the writing and map layout. On the writing, I see a lot of grammar mistakes with the dialogue, and along with this the story is a bit weird in regards to how it starts. And the layout for the maps are a bit too open and can feel a bit off. Furthermore, there is a game-breaking bug that prevents me from going upstairs to investigate the blood trail, thereby stopping me from continuing the game.
But, there is potential for something solid in this. I did find it funny how there were multiple classes that you accidentally enter into and each teacher had their own dialogue for it. And the music is extremely good-- though out of place at points.
Game development is very difficult, especially since you are a solo developer. So I can understand how the game can have weak points. I think as long as you work on the writing and map design, or get someone who can help you with those, you can build up your game to be better than it is now. I'd also suggest trying to make custom artwork for the game as that does help as well.
Nonetheless, keep working on your game! I think there is potential in it, it is just a matter of learning and fixing your weak points.
