Graphics are very bare bones. You should use Pixel Art, like every other game maker is using. Having a way to bind the keys is always the way to go. You should add more weapons and power ups.
Windows versions available on itch.io and GameJolt.
WASD to move, Q to throw by default.
All settings are saved to the browser, but not with the Windows build as of now.
The theme is free on itch and GameJolt, but is also available on Bandcamp as an option, with a new exclusive track with the same instruments. On the game pages it might have not complete metadata.
Also this game is open source under GPLv2 and I don't plan on any updates.

You should add an indicator that the spaceship is about to fire instead of guessing when they would, it could adds to the flow of gameplay and you would die less often in order to increase the game's longitivtiy.
That's just me and you probably already decided that their attacks are just fine. Either way, the game is pretty well made.
Nicely done.
very creative mechanic , but gets boring fast sadly , you could add more enemies and also music
yeah i know about that >>
