This is the tale (& many to come) of a lonesome sand-bad/dog hybrid who goes on valient quests to find himself and where he fits in this world. I find I can relate to this character greatly as I can pogo just as shittily as him which is kinda cool. this brave short student film depics many modern and controversion themes like poverty and sexism. For example, the stick he tries to ride represents life, it goes up and down but in the end we all fall off flat on our face. the choice of it being green was purposful as I like that colour a lot :)

The sudden end of such a tale shows how pogo sessions (life) can sometimes have abrupt endings which can be seen as scary in the grand scheme of things, "do we even matter on this rock in space?" is what i always wonder while viewing this magnificant irish production. The plain white background I find quite fitting as I am a cockasian and relate greatly with this inclusion.

Overall a luke-warm 9/10
