It's an interesting idea, but the time given is a bit too short. I feel like you'd have to memorise every code to actually finish the game in time, which I guess could be a cool extra challenge, but I don't think it's great as a default.
Other than that, this is a cute game and I had fun playing it.

I was halfway into finishing the first message when I found out I had a minute left. Even then, I was halfway into putting the coded message when I ran out of time then, subsequently, got fired.
Quacking amazing idea but darn. Three minutes seems awfully short even with the added time after completing half a message.
