Part 3 of my Personal Project.

Ice Cap zone is a zone that I haven't seen people do for 3d models or 3d art in general and I searched, I really did search for references on what others did and I couldn't find anything, this goes for almost all zones besides chemcial plant and green hill.

the hardest part of this one was the textures, I couldn't for the life of me recreate the same design/aesthetic as sonic 3's and since most designs had transparancy on them (cuz ice, duh) i didnt want to follow in that style because otherwise we'd have a lot of model with a lot of wack transparancy around the ice.
