Join the arena beat the final boss.
Simple loop game when you gain gold to buy better equipment.
At first you enter with nothing, but later you can have powerfull swords. bows, shields or hammers.
PLAY IN FULL SCREEN.
Controls
Move with Arrows.
Z= attack
X= Block (if shield is on).
C= Menu character.
M= melody on/off
S= Sound Effects on/off.
Gameplay idea
Grid movement with semi turn base action.
WHY?
I wanted to challenge my self with an game like zelda 1, i told myself "i can do that".
I ended up doing 3 prototypes with zelda like mechanics and the question remains:
" it will be fun? "
So to make it clear that this gameplay of grid based movements with semi turn base action will be fun i do this small game.
at least my son loves it.

If the reception is good maybe i could end the first game i started. a zelda 1 like game with this mechanics and assets where you have a only 1 objective but need to know where to go.

This is a pretty good concept for a game. The only issue I have is that my screen moves with the movement in the game. Other than that its pretty good
Update: Full screen works perfectly and the gameplay was really good. Love how movement and attacks are connected together and focus on strategies rather then attack spamming-op weapons. Great game :D
