I wasn't able to watch the first part. Since i didn't read the Author Comments first. :(
But this seemed like non-sensical humor with a hint of an action plot. But i was so lost translation that i was reminding more of Cowboy Bebop thanks to the score. :D XD

Yeah...pretty good but only beacause of the way that the animation sort of constucted itself in that way, ya know, but what gave it a reasonable rating is the fucked up audio.
