its more like a advertisment, I could see you adding onto this and make more like a game but overall I still found it fun cool you have created here a nice vibe about it too with a nice style, but it being more of an advert seems to mess up the idea here.

This is not a flash game. This is just a commercial advertisement with some random pictures of small children. Next time, create an actual game with gameplay and a plot.

i think everyone is fully aware of this charity and what it helps to do and i for one am so against it it makes me sick and i sponser this chairity myself as well as doing various events to raise money but i highly doubt this is an appropriate site to be entering advertisments of this sort here .. if people know about it and want to help or do something there are appropiate sites of that sort.
Also the kids used in photos you should make sure you have permission to use them!
