I am a solo game developer who hopes to provide you an outlet, however small, during these unstable times. "Eradicate Coronavirus" is an artistic simulation of the immune system fighting off the Coronavirus. You command a fictitious nanodrone, Skip the Chip, and travel inside a patient afflicted with Covid-19.
Life entangled with Coronavirus
Life is a complex mess and our evolution from the inanimate runs deep. The cellular foundations that life is built upon function entirely autonomously. Naturally, we pay no mind to these interactions but carry overs from when only the cellular life existed, viruses, can quickly humble us into remembering our simple origins. Both in the game and in real life the coronavirus is merely an inanimate shell containing instructions written in RNA that your cells execute unknowingly and to their own demise. They've existed for around 1.5 billion years by traveling from host to host replicating, mutating, and reinfecting. This simple principle of continued existence has kept them alive, but the human body is stronger. I created this game at the intersection of art and understanding so that you may venture inside the body and feel capable in the face of this viral threat.

This is an amazing game! The only gripe I had with it really is when I started to get over-ran, this is an amazing simulation of what the human body goes through during the infection. It is quite tragic what happens to the people who aren't fortunate enough to survive and if you aren't having much of this game or my feedback in general you should scroll down to the end of this. I personally won the game. It is quite easier once you figure out WASD controls work. It took me about 120-147 to figure that out. If you would like to know my RNA score was 1151 and I had a whopping 1 Cell Saved. If anyone actually has tested positive I would like to forgive you for me taking this feedback so lightheartedly, I wish the best of luck for anyone currently going through it and I wish you get well soon. We all have to stay hopeful in these times, everything's gone wild since the Virus.
