Short and sweet. I like the presentation, and the firefly mechanic has a lot of potential as well.
The control could feel more responsive, it's easy to get stuck on rocks and walls with the fox, since pressing multiple directional keys doesn't let you move along their surface. The fly could move a bit faster regardless of where your cursor is, otherwise navigating tight web mazes becomes a pain, although you could explore the varied speed of the fly as a mechanic later on if it controls in a way that is more readily apparent and comfortable. As it is, you're often waiting for the fly to catch up which isn't ideal.
It would also help if the player could notice badgers earlier or got a momentary alert from them before the charge, since you often run into them the first time through, and don't have enough room to dodge out of the way. Sometimes they even block your way.
However, one of the most interesting moments happened during such an encounter, when I've blinded the already charging badger as I dodged so it wouldn't follow me. If you ever wanted to explore the concept of this game further, coordinating the fox and the fly's actions in real time would be interesting to look into. The immediately charging badgers would actually work quite well with more room to dodge and a more responsive Fly.
Overall this is a very cool first game, keep it up! Also, loved the end screen.
