Thanks for the frontpage!

Description:

Let the music go on and don't let the noise disturb you.

Move the vinyl to avoid this, and use the flow to suppress them.

i wish there was a way to remove the repeats. i cant get past orange. if u could add that then thx!

HealliesGames responds:

"Repeat" and other effects are part of the game progression.
At least I could have add multiple difficulties, but the game was done in 2 days with a temporary license so I can't make any changes.

I voted on this when it was under judgment but I never left a comment. This game is pretty damn awesome, if not a little anxiety-inducing. The repeats, reverses, pitch ups/downs all provide an interesting difficulty spike as the levels progress. It took me a good while to beat level 4, but I managed and even beat level 5 after going back for some practise

I do have a question: Will the music used in the game ever be uploaded as an actual track in the Audio Portal, if it hasn't already?

HealliesGames responds:

Glad you enjoyed and completed the game.
Not the first anxiety feedback I get, haha! I take it as a compliment though; the challenge and the pressure were what I was aiming for.

I don't think I'll upload the music to the portal because it turns out to be a small loop, but
I just uploaded a version that I kept on my PC on Newgrounds storage, in case you want to download it (Author Comments).

Thank you very much for the feedback and for playing, LiliumDanceOfLies!

This is so cool guy! its so funny and harder game! <3

Pretty cool game! I like the unique concept, and it's pretty cool that the levels get more and more complex and have you stay on your toes by having to think fast to handle sudden changes like 'repeat' and 'reverse' to keep yourself from dying. My only problem at the moment is that I feel like the levels are quite overly long, which makes dying on them very punishing. I think the levels might be able to work with the long length of time, but to compensate for that, I think the music would have to be fixed to be more complex and more of a journey, like an actual music track, as right now the simple loops get quite repetitive quickly, even with the 'repeat' and 'reverse' mixing them up slightly.

Would be nice, if these instruments were actually synchronized with music notes and could be determined somehow, which line is which instrument. Overall, not bad, not bad at all

HealliesGames responds:

Initially each amplifier represented each instrument.
However, time was running out and I had to adapt the idea to complete it; I prefer to finish a game than to present an half project.

Thanks for the feedback, DrBlacker!
