use the audio in flash to lip sync and have an idea of what you want but when you finish the animation, save it as an image sequence then put it together in something like adobe premiere, it will allow you to have higher quality audio and resolution, plus you can add effects as well. good animation man
Good stuff! But, the audio is a bit low quality. Using Flash, if you go to File>Publish Settings , you should see something along the lines of MP3,__kbps_mono . Change both "Audio Stream" and "Audio Event" to MP3,160kbps (or highest there is) and Stereo. This should make the audio on export much more clear! :) And, as I see said before in a comment, changing the audio to stream under Properties when the audio is selected will make LipSyncing much easier!

animation is alright, but you definitely need better sound. if you are adding sound in flash, I would suggest setting the sounds to event rather than stream after you finish lip syncing or whatever.
