A million years ago, I drew Bliss from PowerPuff Girls (2016) in the style of the anime, Powerpuff Girls Z cause I thought it fit better with her design. The way she was drawn made me think she fit more in an anime than a western show, so I drew her. I also changed up her back story, since the plot is vastly different and again, I wanted to make her more interesting.

In short, I remade her in a way.

A key point in Sameji's story is her connection with the PPGZ. Due to them gaining their abilities at the same time, she is forced to transform whenever they do, generally disrupting her life. She was an intern to Professor Utonium until the Chemical Z went and caused all kind of trouble. After being forgotten about, she became a teaching assistant at the girls school, initially unaware of their connection. She figured it out quick and later became their enemy, wanting to stop them so she could just live her life in peace. 

Her powers lie in her wand but she mostly fights hand to hand, due to her wand's super long charge time. So basically, she charges up her wand while distracting her enemy by beating the shit out of them
