after a very long time I have finally finished my very first animated short

Could have been sped up,scenes with thug laughing, objects flying through the air, were way too slow, ex. fifteen seconds for a stick to bounce off a wall before it hits something? robber repeats his laugh 6 times? Your joke of hitting the girl instead is good, but the time interval between missing the thief and hitting the girl gives the audience way too much time to figure out the punchline. But the artwork and animation is very good.
this is my first work and I thank you so much for your criticism and yeah the sound design sucked, because I still had no idea what or rather how to do it correctly
Some parts are taking too long and therefore making the animation a bit annoying - the part where Ted threw the steel bar - the steel bar flying part is too long. Also when the 'bad guy' was laughing the laugh just kept on looping - also annoying. However, the animation itself was smooth and it has a story. Good job overall!
