Ah, now although this is a "practice animation" and as I have already said, I don't see why you want to dump your practice pieces on us, it is in fact, a complete idea, start to finish. That second or two of a shooting star is just that- exactly what you have drawn. It would be better if her finger vaguely followed it. As a stargazer, I can tell you, that is what we do when we point it out. 2.5 is about as much as I give for a scrap of something without sound but the material is very good- good flames, good lighting effect on the ground. The wind blows across the same way with the flag and the girl, moving her hair and clothes. Looking carefully, I notice even the shadow on the tent flickers with the flames and the light flickers on the surface of the tent. The fact that we are not usually conscious of these things does not mean they don't matter, they usually subconsciously affect our sense of realism.
The white line at the top doesn't help the scene- you are better than that.
Seriously, this simple scene, worked as a truly complete moment of animation, with a faint crackle of sound from the fire, then a little girl's voice saying "Look !" with a finger moving a little, would be lovely.
