Yes, the game crashes when you try to play it. That being said, why on earth did you people give something that does not work at all a passing vote? Fatal bug = Zero stars.

The game crashes right after you press the "Play" button. I've tried with Firefox and Chrome, and it happens with both browsers.

Alright, now it's working I play the game.
Nice enough job, controls have a bit of loose tolerance to them, music is repetive but the car selections and money-saving means there's replayability to this game.
