So, this isn't my first animation. This is my second, my last one got removed because it wasn't really rendered correcty. My swivel was mest up. But either way, I got it fixed. If anyone could give me feedback, that would be great. I do know I could add more sound effects. Besides just gun shots. But just any feedback would be great!

You should really add more sound effects to this. The animation was very slow and choppy. I'm guessing you animated this in Flash, since you mentioned Swivel. That's good. It would have been better if the animation was really fast because this way it's uneven so some things take longer than others. The main character got compressed at one point. You need to practice a lot, but it's only your second animation, so it's actually not as bad as it could have been. Keep working on your skills, and, in time, you'll improve.
