Well, not my FIRST, but it IS my first animation with sound! I'm actually kinda proud of this! I hope you like it, even though it's very short :,)
Even though you are still starting out, I can already see that you have a couple of things nailed down. I especially like the way you made the character turn around with his body and hair still moving for a few frames. Really captures the right motion.
I see that you are influenced by Edd's World. (I love it!) Do you plan on keeping that style?

Impressive for a first... but this sort of stuff belongs in the forums, specifically the Animation forum. You won't get that great of a reception for your movies (or as a artist) if you post test animations, that's considered very distasteful for some.
Aside from that, very clear animation! Great use of smear, even for such a simple clip! Definitely a start for something great, keep going!

I didn't give it a good score, but not because it's bad. It isn't. It was actually pretty decent for a first animation. It was just that there wasn't anything to it yet. Keep at it, cuz you're off to a decent start.
