The draw quality is pretty fine, but what is happening? We need a story line of some sort. Or maybe just I don't get it :(

Cute graphics and smooth frame rate. Its just short thats all I really see that needs improvement. Maybe a fun twist or a message besides just fishing, like the fish leads him to find love from another duck, or a twist like the fish somehow gets really big eats him. Or he eats the fish then a human catches him. But thats just a style I like its not really needed.

I have never made anything that even past the portal though, and I definitely understand the instinct to submit short things. So this is a good start and you have potential IMO.
