Well first you could make something a bit longer than a 3 frames animation.
I don't know if it's your first animation,but you should make something that is a bit more,consistant,because that is not consistant at all.

Look up "The Animator's Survival Kit" to find a more succinct explanation of animation and advice on how to execute that animation. Or just looking up tutorials online, there are thousands of them.

As for this one, you could maybe add a free domain piece of classical piano music to fit with the grain filter and cartoon-glove wearing character to fully embrace the "old timey" feel.

But, yeah, you just need to read up on the basics and fundamentals of animation.
