This was pretty neat. You've got a knack for stop motion. I think there are two main things you could improve on.
1. Production quality - it already looks pretty good, but try to use a tripod (preferably with a remote shutter) to prevent camera movement, and also make sure your lighting is consistent by using manual exposure and keeping uninvolved shadows off your set.
2. Pacing - the joke was good at first, but I think it took far too long to get into the action. There wasn't enough substance to the joke for it to go on that long.
These are meant as constructive criticism - I did quite like the animation. I love stop motion in general! Following you :)
