Make sure that the lines aren't thicker than the thickest line of the artwork you're trying to animate. You also have a bit of white sticking out from the upper layers (the black linework).

This actually isn't the worst first animation I've ever seen on Newgrounds by a long shot. I do think you ought to make it longer than a two-second loop for your next submission, though.
