You coud've at leas add your models and textures,not just copy youtube tutorial.
Also,there is some things that also caught my eye,in bad sense:
You gain score by strafing cube only.
When entering your name,it shoul be possible touse keyboard,and why tf isnt it in normal keyboard format.
Falling off the edge feels very cheap.
Still,UI looks amazing and with some theme (biker running throught people would be fitting),game would be quite fun.

I really think this game has potential. If you could add music to the game it could really send it to the top. I personally consider that the score should not be based on the movement sideways but in the distance. I know it could be hard but making a pattern in order to make the path infinite is the kind of thing that can make games like this super addictive.
Anyway, I hope my feedback could help and I look forward to see how your game progresses.

Its alright, controls are a bit slippery, as if i'm sliding on ice and it could really use some music and some sound effects. That said though i do like the idea and it is fun but i could be just a bit more.

the slippery effect was intended to add difficulty and i have made a sound/music just a little stuck on getting it to work but im on the case :) Also hoping to add leaderboards and level creator. Maybe ill add a non slippery mode.
