4 frames really isn't all that impressing. Please, before submitting to Newgrounds, get some actual animation software or do your best with Paint 3D. I've seen awesome animations made with MS Paint, and I'm sure you can do it too if you put enough work into making each and every frame. But, for now, this is far too short. Don't post things like tests on Newgrounds besides your Dumping Grounds, thanks.

I'd definitely have to say you want to refine your animation process. Try looking up tips on youtube, hell I seem to recall there being some animation tip videos on this website way back
