I think backgrounds and music if definitely needed. Different colors for clothing or just clothing options would be nice too. I think you should put a NSFW page before the game actually comes on so people who are minors wont play it. If you could possibly fix the line on the body and make smoother that would improve quality a lot, I also wish you would fix the head proportion to the body because of how small the head is it distraction. I, personally, don't find this a turn or or sexy i'm just commenting to help out the quality. :)

There should be a better way to control her dancing routine. Having different backgrounds would be an improvement.
