It loks fine but it gets too repetitive
Lowell is a dream alchemist, someone who can collect and use dreams akin to magic. Dark shadows have manifested on the streets of Victorian London and it’s up to him to discover the cause. Guided by the mysterious Sleepless Girl, will he be able to bring peace to the city overrun with Nightmares, or more difficult still, come to terms with his unsavory past?
A game made for class. Please read through the controls carefully. Controller support is available but not in every menu. Thanks for playing!
Tips:
-Use combo magic and dashing to your advantage!
-Different Nightmares drop different dream types
-Reflected projectiles deal extra damage
-You can attack diagonally
-Vampirism is your only way to heal
*If you missed the intro text, [P/START] to pause (which lets you view controls, return to title, etc.)

Pretty good game :) As others said though, it is a bit short (kind of hoped for at least one more boss), but good game nonetheless.
I think the vapmirism attack however is a bit too powerful - I have used it in the final boss clear most of the early wave of enemies (specifically, the flying ones). With it healing me per each enemy struck, it kind of makes the risk striking them when you are this close obselete. Perhaps having vampirism only affect one enemy at a time would help?
P.S: About the final boss - I think a bit more variety would have helped? After you kill the flying monsters, the rest are much more static and easy to dispose of. I think having the boss use his own attack while the monsters are up would have helped in making the battle more tense.
Very impressive game. Looks amazing, sounds amazing and I like being able to plug in the controller (just as well given the key definitions). Main downside for me was the unimaginative level design- basically a lot of parallel platforms- and the difficulty was a bit beyond my level. Not that that's too unusual...
I can't play it because of some reason, but I really like the sound of the name.
Why in the world would you put a jkl attack with a space bar jump with arrow keys movement and yet the up arrow is not jump? how did this make the front page? the graphics are well done but the controls make it unplayable. Please fix them or let us fix them in the controls sections.
Since we allow 8-directional attacks having W as jump may cause complications since some players prefer to attack while running and/or don't bother with holding Shift to stay still while aiming. But W vs. Space for jumping was very much the topic of heated debate among the developers. I'm sorry that we didn't get to implement adjustable controls.
