Hi xAyjAy. It's fine to be inspired by other people's art, but you can't "borrow" someone's idea. You'll end up getting into legal trouble. If you like something someone else did so much that it compels you to create something of your own, make sure to put your own spin on whatever inspired you and mix it up until there's no connection between what the other person created and what you will create.
