Dear oh dear. Where to start? Well the animations were reused too many times, the lip sync is Go-Animate worthy levels of horrid, the text to speech voice acting and nothing made sense.
Let's analyze the story, so peashooter and wall-nut are talking and peashooter says he has a plan to break out of wherever they are, but he never says it, and then his plan is crushed by wall-nut and he's sad. Okay?
This is like one of those weird animations you find when browsing toy channels on YouTube, very lazy and very nonsensical.
Also I have a feeling you used bases for the characters, which would only help make it more lazy.
