I've finally unlocked all the different punishments, so is that it? Is there no ending, or do I need to have a certain amount of each block or something?
I enjoyed this enough to play until I got each punishment, but now there seems no point to continue. And if there isn't an ending, I feel cheated :/.
I've been playing this game for two weeks and i consider it almost unwinnable. My current heath bonus is 3760% and im still nowhere near finishing the game.

If you feel the need to beg for a good review as part of your game, it shows how little faith you have in your finished product, which probably means it wasn't ready to be released to the public.
