Nice little "shooter" game. As stated in other comments, the lack of brutality is refreshing compared to the other games made around this time. It's far too difficult due to tiny hit boxes. 2.5/5

The country's most infamous criminals have escaped and you need to bring 'em back with your stun gun. But watch out for the sleazy lawyer as he'll try to release them as soon as you put them in jail (a shock will keep him at bay).
Simple
so the game itself was pretty simple but you did showcase some decent efforts in this old classic, the activity was limited but you have some nice ideas art was decent and music was great.

It's nice for once you don't just kill everyone, nor are you the one committing the crimes.
Decent catch the prisoner game, title kinda makes it seem like you're the one breaking out though. The zaps were satisfying, however I felt at times it was more difficult than it needed to be to catch the hit box of the numbers. Overall pretty nice.
