The art and animation were not great, sometimes it seemed intentional like the part where the guy goes "man, fuck you". The voice acting was seemingly mumbled at times. It was kind of funny to me how the guy who wakes the person up immediately gets hostile with his words after the guy says "no" It didn't really make much sense that the guy didn't have the "man titties" to go through with his threat. Maybe it could have made more sense if there was something that motivated him not to, because I didn't really see why he wasn't able to go through with it. But this was kind of interesting, I'm interested to see what you could make in the future.

Not terrible, admittedly not brilliant, but not terrible. I'm confident you can see the simple places to improve, like mouth motions and no sounds or strikingly slow projectiles being used... As for particular quality of the art, it's more about style than a particular level of quality. We can face that you might not be Rembrandt, but you don't have to be to tell a compelling story. Just be able to tell the story. Stuff doesn't always come out the way we want so relax, and the haters will hate. It's what they do. If you tell a compelling story, you did well.
Here you told a story compelling enough to be worth the time, short AND funny. Keep at it, and you will get better. It might not seem like it all the time, but it will happen. Doing is the only real way to grow... Carry on with blessings.

Hehe, this was actually decent. Trust me, I've seen far worse on Newgrounds in regards to quality. Your animation, on the other hand, clearly meets the standard level of quality on the Portal. It's short, but it's funny. The lip syncing could be improved, especially at the beginning where the one dude says "Hey, wake up"; his mouth stops moving after the word "hey". Either way, I'm looking forward to seeing what you can animate next!
