I was inspired to make this game by the Sega Genesis puzzle game, Columns. I made this in about two months. I plan on porting this over to android, and also making a bigger version of the game if people like it enough.

How to play:

Hearts come down in sets of 3, use the A and D keys to make the group of pieces move left and right, hitting W will make the three pieces in the group shift places. Hitting S makes the group fall faster, while the space bar makes the pieces drop to the bottom instantly.

Connect Hearts in groups of three or more, horizontally, vertically or diagonally. Skulls will come down with the hearts and try and get in your way. To make Skulls disappear, they need to be adjacent to a matching set of hearts. A special piece will come down that constantly changes. It will make whatever piece it is when it lands disappear from the main screen.

Levels increase the more points you get. The higher the level, the faster the game goes, as well as the more points you earn for each matching set of hearts. Make sure the Hearts or Skulls don’t reach
the top. Otherwise its game over!
