Dammit i just started enjoying this until i found out it's just a demo. I only killed 2 guys c'mon
As a part of my college course, we had to choose a modern 3D game and re-imagine it as if it were made in the 16-bit era. I chose to demake Max Payne in the style of a top down shooter. It is still a work in progress, but this is a demo of it so far.
W,A,S and D - Move
Left Mouse - Aim
Left Mouse Button - Shoot
R - Reload
E - Heal (when equiped with painkillers)
Space Bar - Bullet Time

you should work remady and they could help you finish the game
"Experience the full game in 2015"
You should work for EA, fella.
I don't know why people release demos that are too short and unappealing to warrant any anticipation. If this is all you have done and were going to release it last year, then I'm not going to hold my breath you're going to release anything good in the future. This is just lazy and unimpressive.
I'd suggest looking at 16-bit top down shooters and try to replicate the look and style. The controls are good, but the characters feel too big. A game like this could be more like hotline miami, but with bullet time. That'd be awesome. Just a suggestion though.
I think this holds a lot of potential!! Artwork wasn't too bad for a top-down! The controls (namely for us lowly track-pad users) were a bit laggy. I would be really excited to play the final version of this!
Keep up the good work and please let us know when the full version is out!
