This is an odd situation: this game appears to be a PC game ported to flash/newgrounds. In the other version spotted here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7FPAVi2NDu8, there's no exiting the screen - it's all one play environment. Which is what I prefer as I didn't realise you could walk past the waterfall. Also, as WilliamHButtlicker said, the clue for thwe windmill guy is missing for some reason. Apparently, dressing up as a scarecrow petrifies crows. The instructions seem to have disappeared too. For some reason, the helpful prompts didn't show up until about my third circuit of the world.
As for the gameplay, it's a little haphazard. You can equip items and just jump around everywhere until something happens if you can't figure out the puzzles.
The graphics and music are great, evoking a lovely storybook appearance.
The ladder near the Whaleguy is buggy. It's hard to grab onto and my character flitters about. Maybe put it a bit lower to the ground?
I didn't think of using the stool atop the house as most other platforms can't be jumped thru. Why put a ladder there to taunt us?
The farmer's clue was a bit strange. My assumption is he wants a straw dress in exchange for a pail of ladybug milk.
'Tis an alright game and am looking forward to Anirender's next game.

I like the idea of the game. I played it and will definitely play it again.
I tried using Firefox to play but it didn't work. I had to use Chrome and it worked perfectly. Nice one though
