Not bad, but it needs some work. As you said in the description, the gameplay is a bit laggy, which doesn't make a whole lot of difference here because the platforming isn't very intense, but it's still noticeable. I'm not entirely sure what causes this but maybe something in your game is demanding a lot of attention each frame to cause that. Also, I could tell the collision box for the player matched the sprite - I would recommend making the collision box a less-complicated shape like a square or a circle to prevent some weird scenarios, like the player hanging on the edge of a platform by a single pixel. Same goes for the Start button on the home screen, the player should be able to just click the area around that "Start" text and not just only letters themselves.

I don't mean to bash on this too much though, it ain't bad for what it is. The gameplay was mostly pretty solid; the wall-jumping mechanic was a surprise, and it actually worked decently, so good job implementing that! I do like the art as well. The level background in particular is pretty trippy and interesting to look at. The fact that you had music was nice too. This shows a lot of promise, so once you iron out some of the issues, you'll have a solid game here! Good work!

A good begining for a game for people of all ages, just add some special effects and and maybe a speech bubble or two and I think everyone will like it!
