i give up
somewhere between this game and the others, things started to look more bulky, i get it is more detailed in the art and whatnot, but it feels the places are too crowded now and i don't like it as much... still, vortex point is an awesome series so can't complaint much.
The game was good like other Vp games, but the safe wouldn't open. I went to the walkthrough and followed those instructions but the safe STILL didn't open. I would have given this 4 stars if not for this! I'm just gonna assume I'm doing something wrong, wish I knew what! I'm just taking away half a star because the puzzle might be broken and it's much harder than the other puzzles in the series, making it kind of inconsistent. Other than that, the game was good. They just keep getting better and I like the direction you're going, slowly improving the art and voice acting. It's a good direction for these games, and I can't wait to see the new amazing games coming up!
The Vortex point games are generally the best of Carmel (Deathtiger) games, but this one was slightly worse then others because the plot made no sense.
There is nothing evil about using a statue to become 30 years younger and even stealing it from a person who is not using it. The thief was wise to steal it from fools who would lock it away. This statue could make a large part of humanity immortal. Granted this would cause some interesting social consequences and maybe the world is not ready for that. But still - locking it up and not keeping it for using was dumb from Kevin.
Anyway, the major plot hole is the circus director sitting in the Ferris wheel when he is not ready for age changing. Could have ambushed Kevin elsewhere.
Pretty hard puzzles with this one but definitely a solid game
