as someone who doesn't care at all about the graphics of a game, I can say this had real potential.
it's even kinda good, but what really makes it bad is the heavy reliance on money and the fact that there is only one way to get it. after being broke for 50+ turns, just discarding every turn and crossing my fingers that taxes would show up I have to say either more things you can do without money or more ways to get money (or just higher probability of drawing taxes) would greatly improve playability.

A Rabies like virus is spreading across America. The infected remain asymptomatic for a few weeks while the virus incubates, then turn into violent, biting zombies. The CDC is working on a blood test and a vaccine, but this will take some time. In the meantime, police are responding to an increasing number of biting attacks by crazed individuals. You need to stop the spread of the virus before the number of infected people overwhelms your ability to quarantine them. Setting up defenses to protect the healthy population from attack would also be a good idea.
yea this game is SUPER boring...there is nothing to grab the players attention and it is very confusing...

Frist of all , may be it true to say that not a bad game ,but in my gamer's oppinions this kinda vast of WORDS to read , a gamer is to play , not to read u know ,well just had to said dat u need more effect or some animation dat u think is the best choice if u want to make it better
The game lacing visuals makes up for in mechanics with this being a very unique type of game but i wish it had some music and maybe a bit better graphics and some better pictures because it does look a little bland overall a very good experience

This game really needs a tutorial. Only the Extremely bored people are going to try to figure it out themselves. It was nice that you had little help boxes that explained what each thing did, but even after reading that I still wasn't sure how to play.
Without knowing what I'm doing or how to win, this game is 0 fun.
