Well that was... more tragic than I expected! Nicely done, though I really was expecting the sun would break through at the end, they'd evaporate, be born again, cycle of life you know? Btw, water droplets are alive but snowflakes aren't? :P Going to start looking at the next rain fall with new eyes! Beautiful story.

wow the life of a snowflake is full of excitement, drama , and wonder:) too bad it ends in a few seconds or minutes i guess depending on how long it takes to reach the ground as a lonely raindrop and splatter everywhere
