Interesting format, I guess? It's not as relaxing as the previous Sushi Cats as it requires frequent input after the player first put the sushi cat down. Each run is either REALLY easy (getting enough birds and speed to go through the whole level) or REALLY hard (consecutive pools or walls that stops Sushi Cat completely). The upgrades are kind of overpowered for their price (increasing number of bounce is cheap to buy but powerful).
I am a bit frustrated by getting my game ended when I bounced at a water pool or the spikes at a certain angle.
Also another thing I encountered, Soynami stops Sushi Cat but not the helicopters in the city levels.
The catapult launch is kind of awkwardly angled as I'd miss all of the sushi at the beginning if I launch at full power. That is like, 75 degrees? I'd prefer it at 45 degrees but sure.
